Problems Downloading Offline Maps

If the download of offline maps was unsuccessful, we recommend deleting the affected offline region and trying again.

To ensure a smooth download process, please keep the following tips in mind:

• Avoid downloading very large areas (e.g., multiple countries) at once.
• Split large regions into smaller, separate downloads.
• Depending on your device, you may need to keep the Kurviger app open and the screen unlocked during the entire download.
