Remote Control Support
Kurviger supports remote control operation. This allows you to control the map and important functions without interacting directly with the touchscreen - ideal while riding.
Supported Keys
If your remote control has the following buttons, you can use them directly with Kurviger:
+ / - = Zoom map
A = Open and close menu
B = Change map orientation
C = Recenter map
arrow keys ← ↑ → ↓ = Move map
How does the RC Support Work?
Kurviger responds to the button signals sent by the remote control. The decisive factor is which command the respective manufacturer has assigned to a button.
This means:
- If your remote control sends signals for A, B, C, +, - or the arrow keys, Kurviger can process them.
- If it sends other or manufacturer-specific signals, Kurviger cannot respond to them.
In practice, most remote controls use standard button assignments or allow for individual configuration. If you are unsure, simply test the buttons on your remote control.
