Route Transfer to the Garmin XT2
Export from Kurviger

Garmin XT2in the Kurviger export. - Select
Routeand/orTrack. When exporting a route, you should also select an option forAdditional waypointsso that the route is transferred more accurately. What is the difference between a route and a track? - For current Garmin models, there is an additional option called
Embed Garmin route points. You can find more details here.

Import to the XT2 via USB-Connection
- Connect your XT2 to your PC using a USB cable.
- Copy the route file exported from Kurviger to the GPX folder on your XT2 or, preferably, to the inserted SD card to free up device memory.
- Disconnect the USB connection and start your XT2.
Importing a Route/Track on the XT2
- When the device is started, it automatically checks whether new GPX route files are available. If so, a prompt appears asking whether they should be imported. Select
Yes. - Check the box next to the desired route file and tap
OK. - Select the file content you want to import (route(s), track(s), waypoints) and tap
Next. - Select or create a folder (“Collection”) where you want to save the selected content and tap
Import. Your route will be saved on your XT2. - The route will now appear in the
Exploresection and can be accessed and started for navigation as usual.
Import without automatic prompt: Go to Explore ➜ one of the categories ➜ ⁝ ➜ Import.
