What does the dashed line on the map mean and how do I get rid of it?

A dashed line on the map is an overlay. This means that a route/track file or a route loaded from the cloud is displayed as a dashed line over the map.

To remove the overlay, go into the map overlay manager and select from the list what you want to hide (👁) or delete from the overlays (🗑). Your “currently loaded route” is also displayed as an overlay with a dashed line and can be hidden in the overlay manager in the same way.
