Access Problems with Your Kurviger Tourer(+) Subscription

You can check the current status of your Kurviger Tourer(+) subscription at any time in Account Management. If no active subscription is displayed there, there may be a problem. Here you will find an overview of typical problems and what you can do in these cases.

The most common reason for problems with the Kurviger subscription is that some users accidentally create multiple accounts. You may have signed up with different email addresses or social logins. Each account is linked to a unique email address, and the subscription is only valid for that account. If you log in with a different account, the Kurviger Tourer subscription will not be active there.

Therefore: Purchase the subscription with the account you want to use it with. If you accidentally purcased the subscription with the wrong account, contact us via the Kurviger website and Manage Subscription. We will be happy to help you!

If you take out your Kurviger Tourer(+) subscription directly on the Kurviger website, you will receive an email from Paddle with further information about your subscription. This email will contain your order number and a link to access your subscription. Please check which of your email accounts received the email from Paddle – this will usually be the account you used to sign up.

If you use the “Sign in with Apple” feature, your email will be hidden by default. This means that we don't have access to your real email, we only have access to a cryptic email from Apple. If you used this feature, please lookup your “hidden” email address as you might have signed up for a subscription using this email. You can find more about this in the Apple documentation.

In rare cases, there may be a problem verifying your subscription. Therefore, please try logging out and then logging back in again.
